@IsaL ISAL - But, but, but Canelo passed the hair folicle test! You continue to defend Canelo by using the fact that he passed a hair folicle test, as if they are accurate for testing clenbuterol. Fun fact, it's not - If you did some research, any for that matter, you would know that. A simple 10 second search pulls up this example: "The amount of clenbuterol that shows up in hair varies massively depending on factors like hair color. One test gave a group of people the same amount of clenbuterol. One participant, a 27-year-old female, showed 23 ng/g of clenbuterol in her hair afterwards. Another participant, also a 27-year-old female, showed 161 ng/g of clenbuterol in her hair. They both took the exact same amount, but one had seven times as much in her sample. The lowest detected amount of clenbuterol in the first segment of hair was 0.43 pg/ng, the largest amount was 4.76 pg/ng. Both of these subjects had hair classed as “brown,” and both took the same amount of clenbuterol in the same way. That’s a difference of an entire order of magnitude. A similar issue was found in the second segments, which ranged from a detected amount of 0.00 pg/ng to 0.86 pg/ng." Combine this with the quote from ODLH: "They found traces of clenbuterol in his system and if he was using it there would probably still be enough in his system that it would show up in his hair," Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya told ESPN. Fact - They could have taken 10 tests, all proven inconsistent, and then provided the results for the lowest value. You have a campaign driven to clear Canelo's name, without actually taking the correct measures to prove his innocence. They used a test that they knew was inaccurate, because the people that wanted to believe (like yourself) would soak it up. Unfortunately for them, having two failed tests, people know he is guilty. As a former boxer turned bodybuilder, it's entertaining to see your drivel about boxing and your claim to know about steroids.
Not only that but like I mentioned why did they hide the fact they took a hair follicle test until after they received the results... if it did show use they never would of mentioned it.
I don't want to accuse anyone of anything without evidence but if Canelo gets stopped I think it's a clear indicator he was juicing. Would you not agree? I'm picking Canelo to win a close one by the way, but I'm not going to lie, his physique does worry me.
After reading that, I had to wonder! Sounds like they knew he was in **** when caught out red handed, so had to get the story in play before it hit the media. Entertaining to see IsaL has posted in numerous threads over the past hour. I knew he had to be a worthless troll with the nonsense he posts.
Back in the days when he was competing in the LMW division vs Khan, he was skeletor at 155, came fight night, he rehydrated to like 185-190.
Here's @IsaL on other doping episodes: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/margarito-is-back.225447/page-67#post-7312323 But cow meat is a perfectly reasonable 'excuse' to you then??? This guy....
I'm looking at his post history & he's actually gone in hard on other fighters who've failed tests & made excuses too! LOL Yet Saul Canelo Alvarez who is the biggest Mexican star in boxing. Promoted by probably the greatest Mexican hero of the previous generation couldn't manage to do what all the other current Mexican fighter's (all with a much lower profile & less resources) operating in boxing in 2017 manage to do & avoid this 'contaminated meat'?! 'Cow meat' is a perfectly reasonable excuse for TWO failed tests! Guys a clown...
90% of the people on this forum should stick to talking about boxing & shut up about physiques as clearly most are clueless. He is the exact same percentage body fat as last time and will be the exact same weight on the scale, so what does that tell you? That he has the exact same amount of muscle mass. People love using photos in different lighting/angles etc to show how he’s somehow ‘deflated’, doing that shows that you have no clue how those things can change the way someone’s physique looks in a photo. Bottom line is Canelo was probably doing drugs before he was caught and is likely doing them again for this fight, along with most other top sportsmen.
Yeah, uh, about that, if you're going to require people to post about things they know **** about this place is going to get very quiet indeed.
Don't pretend you didn't see it, it was in bold highlighted colours ffs & you have replied to everyone else in the thread.
Oh I’ve tried this before. He’ll go silent for a while only to come back and keep saying the very same things as if nothing happened. His opinion is based on facts and everyone else are applying double standards you see. In my case it was stacking wraps. For Trinidad (IIRC) it was “stacking is stacking, it’s a serious threat to opponents health”, for Canelo “show me where it says it’s illegal”
