What, saying some scripted phrases to the camera? Either way, even IF what you're saying is true, he rarely ever speaks it and has a translator on him 100% of the time. So as far as most people are aware, he doesn't.

As for the nasty streak thing, at least for me, I have a bigger appreciation and much prefer to associate with actually nice people over c*nts, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Lolz! After some intense research, I found out that scripted english still counts as a lick. I'm saying this as a big anime fan, stick to helsinger.

Canelo is pretty upfront. You either like him or not. I also like his style of a power counter puncher whos chin is pretty durable, similar to how I like garcia or donaire. I feel like chins get most tested in exchanges and not being a come forward brawler.

I don't like GGG cause his fans are annoying and he has that same image of someone like pacquaio, humble and gracious, but I feel like his team and himself are hypocrites. Never really deliver and actually themselves become what they promised they wouldn't. Obviously I'm not being specific but if your on this forum all the time you know what I'm referring to. I dont like a person like that. I also dont like the fan elitism(from his camp as well) and what I feel like is the re-writing of narratives when it comes to judging a fighters career in respect to GGG.

Ok so what we have against GGG.

1) He's got annoying fans and possibly trainer
2) He doesn't always fight the best/a lot of soft touches on his resume

Not really, you could literally teach anyone to say a few phrases like "thank you very much" "watch my fight", that's not actually "speaking" English you doughnut. If I can string a couple basic sentences like that in Korean does that mean I speak Korean?

Good on you you're an anime fan, perhaps take your own advice.

If Canelo boxes, I think he has the skills to come out on top. However, if he tries that macho crap he will probably wind up sleeping it off.

Not only supporting a cheat, but supporting a cheat who benefitted from cheating.....That's not what a boxing fan does.

A Canelo fan is the only guy who wants Canelo to win this.

A boxing fan wants to see the cheat punished, and an incorrect result from the first fight corrected.

That said, I think Golovkin won the first one, am a fan of both men and what I'm looking for is a great fight with an unequivocal result.

Explain to me the reason, unless you're a Mexican.. Canelo to me kind of epitomizes the wrongs of boxing nowadays.

1) Guy was abusing catch weights for the longest time (same people would criticize Pac for this), scared to move up in weight.

Don't even bother with "it was the meat", the kinda improvements this guy's been making in recent years is evidence enough he's juiced to the bones.
3) Multiple robberies/favourable decisions. It's pretty much impossible to get a decision against this guy, probably the worst thing for me to be honest as robberies are possibly the biggest stain on the sport. Even Floyd (the most popular fighter of my generation) who SHUT HIM OUT had a draw on one of the cards.
4) Other "dirty things" like stacking wraps to concrete levels. May be legal in Nevada but still, a very dubious, questionable practice that is pushing the boundaries.

There's probably other things I can't think off the top of my head now. Don't get me wrong, there's some good things going for him, he's got an exciting, fun to watch style and he generally takes on tough opponents. But he personifies diva-ness and corruption in the sport of boxing today and has cards stacked for him every time. I don't see how it's possible for someone to overlook all these things.

It's not that I admit to know nothing but I don't claim to be the expert which is what you put me on the spot for. That doesn't mean I can't make my opinions about the subject matter.

It's not for me to decide what parameters they use in regards to drug testing either, be it hair, blood or urine testing. The experts as you say decide what is sufficient enough for them, and they've chosen to hand him a six month suspension for failing two drug tests. I'll admit, there's a split in opinion among them on this whole tainted meat thing for Canelo so you're right in a way, I can't really say for sure that's a steroid cheat like I'm some kind of authority. But from my observations coupled with him getting caught, it is quite clear to me he's on steroids. Of course you are free to just discard this as a layman's opinion.
