Same score I had, same score Andrade had it for GGG.is it worth pointing out that Golovkin had Canelo hurt or tired without reply twice, still Golovkin should of found more in the 12th fat good it would of done him anyway.

Neither guy dominated any round. They were all really close. Alvarez won the first three and then GGG took over consistently doing just a little more every round, kind of like last time. I gave Alvarez rounds six and twelve though; so it's not like Golovkin just shut Alvarez out after the third. 7-5 Golovkin is right, 6-6 is fine. Even 7-5 for Alvarez is understandable if very debateable. But if you think Canelo actually dominated the first 8 you are being silly.

    Canelo got jabbed a lot.

I just don't get the argument behind "if you score this to Canelo you must have scored the last fight to Golovkin"

I scored the last fight to Golovkin but I didn't score this fight to Canelo.

"I thought if he went toe-to-toe with Golovkin he would come unstuck. I thought he didn't have the size..."

Oh really, David Haye? Smaller guys who boast about going toe-to-toe with large skilled powerful long-reigning champs and p4p mainstays, shouldn't be then expected to follow through? FUNNY YOU WOULD SAY THAT.

    (toe-to-TOE. lol)

    Pretty simple really.

    GGG outboxed Canelo.....Read that 'Outboxed'.

Had GGG by 2 maybe 3 rounds. Also Thought Canelo was hurt twice in that fight but survived. Im Irish and a Neutral fan. Was always a fan of both until Canelo tested positive. That Said genuinely thought GGG won.

I'm right with you, been a fan or 30+ years but watching **** like that happen just sickens me, there is no way GGG lost this fight. It wasn't even that close, being nice to Canelo as possible 116-112 is the best you can do anymore than that and you are just looking for rounds to give him.

No the judges scored a fight how they saw it. This was a competitive great fight.

It wasn't like Williams Vs Lara, this was a close fight.

I personally still Golovkin is the best MW on the planet but he's no longer the number 1.

I had it even though I did acknowledge 3 as close so 115-113 Golovkin sits fine with me

Canelo sat in the trenches hit him with hard power shots never got trapped on the ropes and banged the body.

I thought this was a close fight but a great one. Honestly would be ok either way

Will revisit this and rescore given the controversy but Canelo earned my respect

You can bet after the fight had finished whilst they are calculating the scores.

After the fight had finished GGG was a huge favourite at 1-5, Canelo and huge underdog at 5-1.

I didn't exactly mean dominated every round, but I do think yes he "dominated" the fight through the first 8. I think there were clearer rounds for both and more distinct shifts in momentum than in the first fight.
