    I love Mikey. Honestly if I could choose to chill with Mikey or Canelo in real life, I'm chilling with Mikey. He seems like a chill and humble guy. Canelo seems like he's more of an ******* and a superstar(like most A-listers). Mikey is still an amazing talent but we're talking boxing here not "who do I like more personally" Canelo is on some next level ****. Canelo has the potential to be ATG great. He's only 28 and he has wins over Cotto and GGG. Honestly is anyone picking any MW over him? MW is stacked too.

    Mikey's best wins are probably Easter, Salido, Juanma, and Broner. Look that's a great resume for this era. Similar to Crawford and Loma but Canelo just separated himself from all of them. Also no way Canelo struggles against a Lipinets.

    when i talk about who is better between 2 fighters, i mean when all is said and done.
    canelo is 2 weight champ who has only lost to a p4p top 40, and whos best win is an aging hof champion not far removed from his prime... after having lost to him in previous fight.
    garcia is 4 weight titlist, undefeated, would be favored to beat anyone in 2 separate divisions right now.
    that is where they both stand right now, in 10 years mikey will be universally recognized as better, in 2 years by the hard cores.
    mikey is better.

    Broner is also a 4 div winner, so he must be a better fighter than Canelo.

    Canelo has the clear better win on his resume so I rate him higher right now. But Mikey is where Canelo was before he fought Golovkin, with questions over his head. I can't say Canelo is more skilled until I see Mikey fight at that level.

    who is mikeys pdl or quintero? when you see mikey, do you really see a broner level fighter?

    I don't care about titles in divisions. Mikey never fought a Cotto level opposition let alone a GGG. Mikey won his 135 belt against some nobody we forgot about. His 140 belt against some bum ass version of GGG.

    You said when you see Broner do you see a Mikey level talent? When I look at Mikey I don't look at a Canelo level talent. Both excellent counter punchers. The biggest difference is athleticism. Canelo is far superior and better defensively too.

    Your question should really be, who is mikeys Lara, GGG, Cotto, etc.

    And for the record, Mikey is a better fighter than Broner but once again that was not the point.

    Mikey has yet to fight a GGG level opponent so... yeah.

    We know Canelo is an excellent counter puncher. We also know he's versatile. We know he is an excellent defensive fighter.

    Tonight he proved to be very talented and to have many dimensions to hiabmms fight.

    He pressed the pressure fighter.. Bad ass s***.

    i wont argue mikeys opposition, the rest of their careers will determine how good of a win they were. now how many times have you thought during a fight, that mikey was in danger of losing? you would think that between 4 different divisions, guys with a belts could at least compete with this guy. now how many fights, in both divisions canelo competed at, do you think ge was given a gift he didnt deserve?

    Canelo got two gifts in my opinion. Against Lara and the draw against GGG. That being said, Canelo was 23 when he fought Lara. 23 man. Who was Mikey fighitng at 23? Mikey hasn't even fought at Lara. Canelo prime vs Lara prime I'm taking Canelo. One thing we have to note is how much Canelo has improved from 23-28. Has Mikey really improved drastically? Do you think Mikey would win a clear decision against a prime Lara?

    i have given him credit, ive said he controlled the fight and outboxed ggg. this isnt some agenda thing... youve been here long enough to know im not into that.
