    I have no real dog in this fight but I had Golovkin winning 8 rounds to Canelo’s 4. Golovkin just landed more and to be honest looked in charge. Canelo landed the eye catching punches but not enough of them for me. It seemed during the middle rounds that Canelo was fighting to the pace Golovkin set.

    The only thing I know to be true of Canelo is that he will vacate.

    Trilogy or he drops it. Either way, his next fight he isn’t a champion.

    true GGG showed beyond doubt that he is world class with his over Jacobs, and the draw and loss to Clenelo. Trouble is that Clenenlo is sadly, an elite, a bridge too far for 3G at present.

    But I know 3G will improve to become elite soon.

    You're perfectly fine as a poster in almost all areas, except for when it pertains to GGG and Canelo. You're pretty biased most of the time. That being said... so am I, and I'll willingly acknowledge it. I'm happy you gave him props, I'll give Canelo props for having a hell of a chin and taking the fight to GGG, that was impressive, he was impressive oveall, but... I still thought he lost.

    Canelo did better in the first half than the last time, and the rounds were closer, but GGG closed stronger, taking the lion's share of the second half visibly hurting Canelo on several occasions, I thought GGG won 9-3, 8-4, the best I could score it for Canelo was 7-5..... in GGG's favor. GGG outlanded him in most rounds, landed the harder shots, was a lot more defensively sound, and jabbed the living **** out of him. Like IB said, while most of thr rounds were closer, GGG oddly enough performed better.

    Hey, as a disclaimer to the rest of you, we're pretty good friends on here, we've agreed to disagree on this topic.:deal::lol:

    But yeah, I like drenlou as a poster...... Aside from all the GGG-Canelo talk.:D
