It's been a year since then.
Also in the first fight he was already a bit gun-shy.
    Now he's just declined further.

I the first Canelo fight he already looked worse than vs Brook which was another year before that

Lol....so first you said, "he was close to being stopped." Now, you say, "He was at risk?" Nice talking to you, bud.

It could very well be, but all I am saying is that everything that happened last night just doesn't add up for me.

Canelo haters are coping with his victory over Golovkin in various ways.

No, just no. GGG wouldn't throw it. Especially with the first one being a draw.

You had GGG winning, but now you agree he threw the fight?

Officially, it was a draw because the judges who scored it had it a draw. The majority of the press and professional fighters who scored the fight had GGG winning. As a matter of fact, you can say GGG vs Canelo II mirrored the first fight with GGG playing the counterpuncher (Canelo in their 1st fight) and Canelo playing the stalker (GGG in their first fight). It was pretty much the same fight, but now all of a sudden the judges give Canelo a clear-cut victory?

I had GGG winning the first one. I'm just wondering why after such a bitter draw he should have won now he would throw this one? Makes no sense. If he wins he has them begging for a third.

I had Canelo winning this one. I wish it had been called a draw so that it would have been fair to GGG but hey.

i know exactly what he is saying. canelo landed a left hook that made ggg's body spasm and he started walking backwards, shortly after, he nearly folds himself into a horseshoe when canelo feints a body shot. there were other instances when ggg's reactions made it obvious to me that a body shot had bothered him. im sure there will be videos out soon pointing these shots out.

The stupidity on here is starting to border on insanity.
You dont fight a guy at your level the same way you fight a guy you are waaaaay better than.
GGG did not throw the fight lol
He was never "close to being stopped"
He is 36 years old and most people think he just beat one of the best fighters of our generation (who is in his prime) twice
Do you not understand that fighters talk junk to drum up interest and try to secure matches?
Nothing that has happened in these 2 fights or the Jacobs fight hurt GGG legacy unless youre an idiot.

Nah, cuz GGG isn't my woman and I don't have to live with the fact that someone else is smashing her.

Funny how you're so devastated that you cheaply try to make this personal. Lol
