Not much in any of these rounds, De Carolis' body work throughout nicked the fight on my card. It's too bad there second fight can't be found anywhere on the internet.

Thomas Stalker vs Jack Catterall (October 25, 2014) (10 Rounds for the vacant WBO European Super-Lightweight Title)

    Round 1: 10-8 Catterall
    Round 2: 10-8 Catterall
    Round 3: 10-9 Catterall
    Round 4: 10-9 Stalker
    Round 5: 10-9 Stalker
    Round 6: 10-9 Catterall
    Round 7: 10-9 Stalker
    Round 8: TKO

    My Score: 67-64 Catterall (ATOS)

    Official Scores: (N/A)
Winner: By 8th round Technical Knockout to win the vacant WBO European Super-Lightweight Title, Jack Catterall.

Catterall flew out of the gate with 2 knockdowns in the first and second rounds, then took his foot off the pedal and let Stalker climb back into the fight. Round 8 very much like the rest until Catterall catches Stalker with a shot that staggers him to the corner, where Stalkers corner throws in the towel before anymore damage can be done.

Canelo is what Badou Jack would be, if Jack had a more judge friendly style.

Anthony Crolla vs Ismael Barroso (May 7, 2016) (12 Rounds for the WBA Lightweight Title)

    Round 1: 10-9 Barroso
    Round 2: 10-9 Barroso
    Round 3: 10-9 Barroso
    Round 4: 10-9 Barroso
    Round 5: 10-10 Even
    Round 6: 10-9 Crolla
    Round 7: KO

    My Score: 59-56 Barroso (ATOS)

    Official Scores: (59-55 Barroso) (58-56 x 2 Barroso) (ATOS)
Winner: By 7th round Knockout to retain the WBA Lightweight Championship, Anthony Crolla.

Very smart gameplan by Crolla, he seen Barroso was gonna come out and throw everything at him to try to get him out of there in 4 rounds for less. Crolla whether the storm keeping a tight guard, and throwing the occasional jab and body shot. Most importantly he kept the mental pressure on, always pressing Barroso which in turn made him attack more. By the end of the 5th Barroso was spent, and Crolla just needed another 2 rounds to pick his spot on end the fight in front of a super charged up home crowd

    My Score: 114-113 Abraham

Official Scores: (116-111 Abraham) (115-112 Murray) (115-112 Abraham)
Winner: By Split Decision to retain the WBO Super-Middleweight Championship, Arthur Abraham

Played out the same way most Abraham fights do. Murray started well, Abraham opened up around the end of the 4th round and when he did landed the better shots. And of course what Arthur Abraham fight wouldn't be complete with Arthur complaining to the referee for 12 rounds for everything from holding, to kidney punching to use of his opponents head. Worked well in this case as the ref actually deducted a point in the 11th for holding, when it wasn't anymore excessive than any other fight. I don't care for Murray or Abraham really so whatever, but decent fight, and a great lively crowd.

Great fight. I feel like it could have been a draw too, but Martin was the B-side. This is boxing after all.

We all know the B-side never wins at the big events, unless they score a KO.

Alexis Arguello vs Ruben Castillo (January 20, 1980) (15 Rounds for the WBC Super-Featherweight Title)

Round 1: 10-9 Arguello (could have been even, not much of note happened)
    Round 2: 10-9 Arguello
    Round 3: 10-9 Castillo
    Round 4: 10-9 Arguello
    Round 5: 10-9 Castillo
Round 6: 10-9 Castillo (very close, Castillo just edging it, could have been even
Round 7: 10-9 Castillo (very close, Castillo's late connecting rally was just enough to steal the round on my card)
    Round 8: 10-9 Castillo
    Round 9: 10-9 Castillo
    Round 10: 10-9 Arguello
    Round 11: TKO

    My Score: 96-94 Castillo (ATOS)

    Official Scores: (97-96 x 2 Arguello) (97-96 Castillo)
Winner: By 11th round Technical Knockout to retain the Super-Featherweight Championship of the World, Alexis Arguello.

Very close fight, could very well have been 3 even rounds (1,6 & 7) heading into the 9th. Castillo boxed well, used lateral movement very well to keep himself in the fight. Arguello for all his greatness, could be outboxed when his somewhat mechanical style came up against a fighter that utilizes good lateral movemnt. With the fight razor close going into the 11th (1 point either way separating the two warriors) Arguello worked a tiring Ruben Castillo into a corner and bludgeoned him with unanswered shots until Castillo hit the canvas, and that's all she wrote.

    Saul Alvarez vs Gennady Golovkin

I initially watched it while completely hammered. Though it was razor sharp but Canelo had some great moments.

    Round 1: Alvarez
    Round 2: Alvarez
    Round 3: Alvarez
    Round 4: Golovkin
Golovkin started strong but Canelo finished strong. Close ass round.
    Round 5: Golovkin
    Round 6: Alvarez
    Round 7: Golovkin
Some of these rounds are ridiculously close, but Golovkin finished really well.
    Round 8: Alvarez
    Round 9: Alvarez
    Round 10: Alvarez
    Round 11: Golovkin
    Round 12: Alvarez

Heck of a fight and what a last round!!!

In the end, i had it 116-112 Alvarez. 115-113 and 114-114 would have been fine as well.

A lot of close rounds, but i feel 7-5 for Golovkin would have been extremely generous and anything wider than that would have been complete BS.
Credit to Golovkin, Alvarez took his jab away in the first 3 or so rounds but Golovkin adapted. In the first fight, Golovkin wrecked Alvarez in the early rounds with that jab.

Eusebio Pedroza vs Shigemitsu "Spider" Nemoto (January 22, 1980) (15 Rounds for the WBA Featherweight Title)

Round 1: 10-9 Nemoto (very close, Nemoto managed to landed a few leaping lunging power shots all 5 foot 1 inches of him, he looks like a stocky child trying to fight Pedroza)
Round 2: 10-9 Pedroza (Pedroza established his jab and was able to stick and move with it effectively to win the round with ease)
    Round 3: 10-9 Pedroza
    Round 4: 10-9 Pedroza
    Round 5: 10-9 Pedroza
Round 6: 10-9 Nemoto (Pedroza controlled the round until The Spider finally pinned him to the ropes and managed to land to the head and body, Pedroza finished strong, close round)
    Round 7: 10-9 Pedroza
Round 8: 10-9 Pedroza (The pint size Spider caught a whipping this round trying most of the round to muscle his way inside with little success until the last 15 seconds)
    Round 9: 10-9 Pedroza
Round 10: 10-9 Nemoto (close round but Nemoto was able to get inside and pound the body while landing a couple nice uppercuts negating Pedroza's jab move occasional overhand)
    Round 11: 10-9 Pedroza
    Round 12: 10-9 Pedroza
Round 13: 10-9 Pedroza (the video starts getting really bad here)
    Round 14: 10-9 (unwatchable)
    Round 15: 10-9 (unwatchable)

My Score: 127-120 Pedroza when video becomes unwatchable

Official Scores: (148-138 Pedroza) (147-140 Pedroza) (147-146 Pedroza)
Winner: By Unanimous Decision to retain the WBA Featherweight Championship, Eusebio Pedroza.

Spider gave it all he had but the massive height and reach advantages, combined with just too much class from Pedroza were just too much for Nemoto to overcome.
