1 - GGG 2 - Canelo 3 - Canelo 4 - GGG 5 - Canelo 6 - Canelo 7 - Canelo 8 - GGG 9 - Canelo 10 - Canelo 11 - GGG 12 - Canelo 116 - 112 Santos Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez Barragan GGG is meant to be the power puncher of the two, but after the fight his face was totally ****ed up and Canelo looked relatively clean. Now remember that Canelo is pale and Ginger AF. How can those jabs and power shots be effective aggression if GGG barely put a mark on the Gingerest MF-er in the game? I'm pretty sure that if I flicked Canelo with my left hand pinky he'd bruise. Now most importantly, GGG was on put on the back-foot all night! All you hos said Canelo ran last time and the reason GGG won was that he was pressing the fight. Well Canelo turned the tables and made GGG back up and try to counter all night. Grow some balls and admit that Canelo proved you wrong and that he won clear. It's the right thing to do. In case you need further evidence: Canelo pressed forward all night and nullified GGG in close. Canelo showed incredible bodywork. Canelo was never shook. Canelo defined effective aggression all night. Canelo's defence and upper body movement was impeccable. GGG landed mostly pitter-patt jabs that did no damage and didn't push Canelo back or break his rhythm. GGG looked slow and his power was proven to be overrated. GGG showed no defence. GGG gassed from all the body shots he took. GGG barely threw any body punches of his own.
I had exactly the same scorecard except for the 12th round which i gave to Golovkin so i had it 115-113 for Canelo.
You seen how clean that ginger face looked after the fight? GGG's face looked like Oscar's arsehole on a Sunday morning. That's effective aggression right there. Also, I only hit the pipe BETWEEN rounds when I'm scoring a fight. I'm not an idiot FFS.
So... you're one of those guys that judge fights based on how a fighters face looks post fight, in other words, someone who doesn't know what they're talking about.
You can keep trying to ignore the Ginger Factor, but that don't make it any less real. GGG ran all night, blocked punches with his face all night and got ****ed up for it. He then landed nothing but pitty-patter jabs and you think that deserves the decision? I say think again.
