If Canelo fights Lemiuex next, I think Lara would be a good bounce back fight for GGG.

    Too many politics will prevent those fights from happening imo. I'd love to see those fights get made, but GGG doesn't have anything to offer anymore other than his name. I think Charlo and murata will put their focus on fighting Canelo next, so that doesn't leave alot of VIABLE options for GGG . He can definitely try to fight BJS if he's successful, but I think he'd price himself out . Andrade should he win would be an easier fight to make for GGG if he wanted to grab that WBO strap.

    I'm not sure. Canelo has never KO a top fighter like Lara. I mean he probably can, but I see Lara fighting extremely defensive like he did with Canelo.

    Nah I just think it's a fight that would be good for GGG to bounce back off of. I think it would be an interesting fight before GGG stops him.

    Golovkin was just in a fight which a lot of people thought he won. He needs to stick to middleweights. No point in fighting someone from a different weight class.

    lots of people feel ggg won, im not one of them, but lots do. beating ggg would make you the consensus mandatory to the biggest moneymaker in boxing. it is a golden ticket. you would enter the inevitable negotiations with a win over the guy canelo basically drew against.

    Yeah GGG would have to make concessions for these guys to make it worth their wild because he doesn't have those straps anymore and to me I think they want those belts. It could happen and GGG is the second biggest name in the division so it's possible that his name alone can entice these guys to fight him, rather than chase for the belts. But Charlo thinks Canelo won the fight, so id think hed want to go the Canelo route.

    I actually kind of like Lara, I wouldn't.:lol: I'd much rather see him bash Hurd's face in, that shouldn't take too long.:D

    C'mon dren you know that not every boxer ages the same. Lara's style is predicated on his legs and speed. Yes he is an excellent technician but his legs and speed is what made him special. GGG was always average in speed and power is the last thing to go. Also Lara was fighting low level competition till Hurd. Really his last elite opponent was in 2014 with Canelo. GGG fought Canelo twice and Jacobs in the past 2 years.

    Hurd vs GGG would be an absolute war. If Hurd is as strong at 160, I see him walking GGG down and GGG trying to box him off.

    Hurd is iin his physical prime and is bigger than GGG which would help him to absorb alot of that punishment he'd take in the process of giving it as well.. Lara would be the safer fight imo.
