Billy Joe is a bit reckless and doesn't do himself any favors. But he is a fine boxer. I enjoy watching him fight and look forward to his upcoming fight against Andrade. Props to Billy Joe for taking that fight. Many in his position haven't and wouldn't.
Most fighters would have dropped their belt and protected their 0. Credit to Saunders for taking the fight. Andrade is no joke. No one wanted to fight the guy. I suspect there is a good reason for that.
Is that becoming normal now? Here in the UK it's unusual for a belt holder to relinquish his title to avoid a defence, but I don't think the '0' is as important here. James Degale did it recently, but it's pretty unusual.
