Judah is technically "active" by virtually any reckoning, though (he took a wide UD10 against Noel Mejía Rincón in January...) and technically on a 4¾ years unbeaten streak... If he were coming off a brutal loss (or an ignominious one to a guy he would've easily handled in his prime, thus showing his age) or if he were more than a year removed since he last competed...then yeah, I'd agree with you. As things stand, however, there's ample basis for a lot of the less scrupulous commissions in the country to sanction this, as we've seen FAR worse.
To this very day I still say Judah is better than kostya and kostya lucked.out badly in their matchup. Judah needs to retire tho
Sorry but having an opinion as to whom between Judah & Tszyu you consider better is about seventeen years past relevance. Literally nobody cares to make direct comparisons between them anymore, not even Zabdiel or Kostya themselves. Like this was some fan base rivalry that has raged on past its time, like Vitali & Lennox or Floyd & Manny or something.
I can't seem to be able to let that fight go, I'm still salty about it to this day. The biggest what if in boxing imo
For a tune up I dont mind this but I dont think it should count as a title fight just hope its Spence, Porter or Garcia after
I'm kinda amazed Judah is still "only" 40 years old. Remember him being featured on Eurosport even, as a blue chip prospect/contender. Been around for a long time. Not really the comeback opponent I figured for Keith.
late last night For some reason that whole Zab drinking & driving in Vegas thing was fresh on my mind & thought he hadn't fought since Paulie UD'd em
