What has he done besides ride Canelo's coattails after Mayweathers, duck Andre Ward and any other young competition, have a resume full of 154 fighters to defend his titles against, and get hype for having the right look for HBO. Sorry to bust your lil vicarious bubble of your phony hero sissy.

And considering that the majority had GGG winning both fights it doesn't say a lot about Canelo does it?

And rightfully so. Certain idiots can try and dismiss his dominance over the past several years, but numbers don’t lie. And the majority will always know GGG in reality broke that POS Hopkins middleweight defense record.

 

I don't think the Ali comparison is at all accurate. At that age Ali wasn't the top dog anymore, wasn't physically in good condition, and had to rely on getting away with spoiling and the judges scoring in his favor when remotely close.
Golovkin still seems to be on top, is still in pretty good condition, but can't rely on favorable judging at all.

Only comparison is that aging is a real thing, that can only be countered with the use of peds or very good genes combined with perfectly healthy lifestyle (up till maybe 45 nowadays).

 

I feel lucky to have experienced this great fighters dominance. I really want him to retire now though mate !
