Is Spike O'Sullivan as bad as he seemed vs Lemieux.

    other than timing a jab there's nothing good he did in that fight. He landed maybe 3 solid jabs that stopped Lemieux for 2 seconds for a long reset. He was also getting out jabbed and out boxed by Lemieux... and then out cold, I thought it was going to be a 60-40 fight in DLs favour. but it looked like a complete blow out. what happened?

    spike it british/euro level lemmy is a former world champ and now a world belt contender status . theres levels lol.

    Lemieux was a right place at the right time world champion. IBF title was vacant nobody wanted to fight ndam and Lemieux was next on the list. It felt to me at least that they weren't that far apart. but hey come fight night they did feel levels of diffrence.

    He's not a world class operator Spike. Lemieux has his flaws but he has world class attributes too, if he can touch you he has a chance with that power.I honestly think hes Julian Jackson level power Lemieux. Plus Spike really pissed him off

    lemmy was a fine world champ... he earned it a lot lower class boxers got to the title then him

    Lemieux is a talented puncher. Russ Anber used to do fight videos and one of the main ones is "what if you want to throw a left hook first" and it was LEMIEUX as a teen in the video. so yeah he's a world class puncher for sure. I'm Canadian and I love Quebec based fighters, but I was just expecting a fun fight, not a blow out.

    I cant seem to gaudge Lemieux very well.

    I thought both the Stevens and Spike fights would be fun, competitive scraps. Both were blowouts.

    Hard to say what this fight says about Spike other than he just cant take Lemieux's level of power.

    Lemieux is the walking ,living, definition of a weight bully. He has never, ever been worth a squirt of urine. He comes in 200 pounds for a 160 fight and you guys are still considering him " world class"?!
    He is a fat guy hiding it well under pulled over the navel trunks who gets outboxed by anyone with legs everytime.

    Compare this with Chris Eubank Jr, who landed flush hooks and uppercuts on Spike for seven whole rounds and only really had Spike in trouble during the seventh.

    i also was expecting a close fight.. was suprised it was over so fast but I;m happy Lemueix keeps hanging around in the picture... any fight he is in can be explosive
