He's pretty good and in a division that's wide open!

Be amazing if David Price won one

Was touted by many as the heir apparent to the HW throne and the future of the division

Was bowling everything in his path over like a wrecking ball through plastic skittles

Then it was all downhill from there on, one disappointing setback after another, one humiliating and confidence shattering TKO and savage KO loss after another

But he's sparked the 2000 Olympic games SHW gold medalist Audley ''A-Force'' Harrison out cold

Sparked out the 2012 Olympic games SHW gold medalist and current three-belt unified king Anthony ''AJ'' Joshua in the gym

Beat the lineal HW champion and former undefeated three-belt unified king Tyson ''2-Fast'' Fury aka The Gypsy King in the amateurs

Price has beaten 2 Olympic SHW gold medalists both via brutal KO, and 2 three-belt unified HW champions.

Read the thread title and I have no idea why but Victor Polo was the first name that popped in to my head, I don't think I ever got over him getting shafted against Scott Harrison LOL I thought it was a shocking decision.

Anyway, He lost in these 5 world title fights..

    Manuel Medina (IBF) TD. 86-84, 87-83, 84-86
    Derrick Gainer (WBA) SD. 118-109, 115-112, 113-114
Juan Pablo Chacon (WBO) SD. 115-112, 114-113, 113-114
Scott Harrison (WBO) Draw. 115-113, 116-113, 114-114. (Polo was robbed)
Juan Manuel Marquez (WBA, IBF). 119-108, 118-109, 120-107 (Well Beaten)

Polo never won a world title and retired after Marquez, I thought he really deserved to be a world champion.

He never took his beating like a man, he moved around the whole fight without showing any intention of trying to win.

He wasnt robbed against Abraham either, when they gave him a wide decision against Rosado in close fight, you would think he would be sympathetic but no he acted like an absolute knobhead.

He didn’t do a geale or angulo, he hung in there getting battered knowing he had no chance of winning for as long as he could. He abides
By the warrior code. Same with groves, he got a beating there but he abides and could have quit.
    Give the man his respect.

Respect for what? For losing after having damn near 4 oppurtunities to win a belt?

After that rosado thing it turned me off him completely. He always complains about getting robbed when it’s he who never does enough, his biggest problem is he fights to the level of his opponent.

David Price. That man deserves to have an iron chin.
