How come the sportsbook isn't open here yet for the Joshua/Povetkin card?

It's possible. Price has power, so he always has a punchers' chance, and Kuzmin isn't difficult to hit.

That being said, I expect Kuzmin to win by KO.

Agreed. Price gets KOed badly within 5 rounds. Kuzmin may not be all that but I doubt he sucks so hard he doesn't KO Price.

That's Pricey's big problem. He lacks any of the 3 things that are essential for a tall HW to derail forward rushing attacker type fighters:

1. A good solid uppercut that stops a forward rushing fighter in his tracks
2. A good jab that delays and makes your opponent abort attacks
3. A solid chin that allows you to take punishment when the forward rushing attacker does manage to land

If you have none of the above (like Pricey) you're in for trouble.

 

Wlad Klitchko lacked number 1 and 3 and still dominated the HW division for 13 years

 

Goes to show that being very good at one thing can compensate for deficiencies in other areas -- to an extent. Even at world level.

would have maybe picked price by K.O ? Not really sure which is why I didn't make prediction.

hard to pick a guy after a brutal K.o and take a fight on weeks notice....but I would have gambled with Price I think.

Was really a question mark...Price ending on his stool in a fight hes in wasn't exactly a good way.

 

Kuzmin is still a dark horse at HW. a lot of doubters but I think he'll do a lot better than many think.

Luckily I decided against betting. After reading others predictions on here and with the Thompson 2 and Hammer bankroll-busters lingering painfully in the memory, I decided against going for the hat-trick. Just as well too, I need to save every bean to back the Chechan savage against the leprechaun with the Price-like gas tank.
