I agree, Usyk is taller, has longer reach, and looks more athletic. If Usyk had Povetkin's % of bodyfat, he'd weight in 230s range.
Joshua has now got Whyte, Klitschko, Takam, Parker, Povetkin on his resume in 22 fights. That is astonishing and anyone that suggests his resume is not good is a complete ******. The only other two fighters to fight are fighting each other on 1st December and I’m sure he will be watching with interest.
He's 6 foot 0, 175 pounds without any fat. Look at the size difference! It was bigger than Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux. Povetkin is just overweight. Just because he fought at HW his entire career, doesn't mean he is still a legitimate heavyweight. He's been a fake heavyweight all along.
Povetkin simply wasn't the same size as Joshua. No amount of knee jerking is going to change this fact. Size made the biggest difference in this fight. These mismatches are very apparent in the heavyweight division.
So... There is no super heavyweight division and more cruisers are going to make their way up in the future, so there will always be smaller heavyweights in the division.. deal with it
So there is a height class in boxing? Okay so based off that Julius Long is better than AJ then since he is much taller. Povetkin just knocked out the 6'8 David Price who is much bigger than AJ. So height has nothing to do with talent. Povetkin lost because he is old an washed up. A younger Alexander would of did a lot better and probably won.
