At least he knows himself it was a **** poor performance and terrible too watch but I doubt his ability too adapt too a more exciting fighting style

I think he's been moved too fast. Young fighters need those learning fights where you can test yourself without the worry of a top fighter tagging you. Think Okolie needs a step back in competition, perhaps a Wadi Camacho type next.

To be fair I don’t think anyone bought it because Okolie was fighting.

 

There should be a rematch but there won’t be. BBBoC make it up as they go along depending on agendas and public opinion. See Peter McDonagh, see Haye-Chisora, see Chisora throwing tables, see Rio Fedinand not getting a license when there are fat Latvians fighting everyweek.

There is a lot of merit in a rematch being ordered. The champion losing his belt in circumstances where his opponent got three points deducted and there was barely a punch landed. However, no one will pick it up for TV, certainly not Hearn. Robert Smith will go on his merry way...

 

Jesus please dont let there be a rematch. Its painful to even just think about Okolie and Askin 'fighting' again..when i think back to last night, soaking wet, freezing cold, drinking overpriced disgusting Budweiser watching these 2 muppets pawing and hugging it makes me mad!

Joshua and Povetkin saved the night big time. Dont want to see Okolie on a ppv event again for a while.
