The onus is upon you to prove that Povetkin ACTUALLY failed a drug test for a picogram. So you need to show us the method used to detect a single picogram of a substance, including the instrument used.

Yeah the ref saved him. There was no need to count to 10. Povetkin wouldnt have got up after a 15 count IMO.
