Usyk is one of my favourite fighters, but in the heavyweight division it really is the land of the wolves (Sicario line).

There’s no weight cap. It’s the one division where the better boxer might be expected to get battered. Where the guys that rule that division didn’t get into the sport until they were adults, but took advantage of pure size and athleticism.

As someone has already pointed out, Joshua could simply charge him, clinch, get him into a corner and then let his hands go.

Usyk could weigh 650lbs and he'd still be quicker than Joshua... Skill, footwork, speed, combinations, chin, experience, jab... all are in favor of Usyk... Joshua has more power and is bigger... thats it

    Lol talk about desperate

I guess now AJs destroyed Wlad and Povetkin, Usyk is the only guy Team L has to pin their hopes on. Pathetic.

Has Usyk had a heavyweight fight yet? you really have to wait till he fights a good heavyweight before we can line him up against Joshua. Joshua will just knock him out right now IMO. Usyk can look cool all he wants for several rounds and then boom! sleep time.

Will all the guys that Usyk struggled against in the cruiserweight beat all the top heavyweights as well? Why is there more money in the heavyweight division when the cruiserweights are where the best are lol.

    This ^^^

The decisions lately have been appalling. Usyk isn't stopping him thus likely it will go to cards.

For real? With all these haters I’m starting to like AJ more and more. AJ by slaughter.

Joshua beats him fairly easily. Usyk is a talented guy, but all he has on Joshua is speed. AJ is bigger, faster, younger...and smarter. And a better fighter.

Usyk would have the fight of his life with Parker, Povetkin or Whyte.

As far as Spinks, goes, he's probably beat Usyk also, albeit in a great fight. Michael was 3-1 against Hall-of-famers. Usyk as really fought no one but paper champs.

AJ will be a busy man go hunting Usyk from the first bell ring because he's bigger than the latter. AJ will make a constant pressure to wear out Usyk and will stop him late in the fight.

I'd like to see what Usyk could do against these monster heavyweights of today. Usyk is a volume type fighter, but his lack of power and commitment to punches means he's have to fight a perfect fight against the likes of Wilder and AJ. Can he stay away from their power for 12 rounds, and even if he doesn't get stopped, can he win on the cards if he didn't land the big shots.

A lot of people here were saying that smaller HW's of yesteryear (even Ali) can't beat these super heavyweights because of the size. Uysk is a smaller HW so why do so many people pick him even though he hasn't even fought any top ranked heavyweights? Does he beat Wlad or Vitali?

They are confident that Usyk can outbox AJ. That's why.
In my opinion, Usyk should have one or two warm-up fight at the HW Division before fighting AJ.
