on the basis that he only lost due to a headbutt, then yes, he does

OP Troll account alert. Thread Haters alert.

Whyte won, I want him to get a title shot. Then we can talk rematches.

Go back and read the RBR, I'm far from the only guy that thought Parker won.

Fists have gloves on them, skulls are pure bone, sans padding, that's why most head clashes produce cuts and most punches don't genius.

Billy Joe Saunders, Kell Brook, Josh Taylor, George Groves, Callum Johnson, Matty Askin, Josh Warrington are some of my favorite fighters. Joe Calzaghe and Carl Froch are literally in my Top 5 favorite fighters post-2000... so try again, because that narrative ain't working..

@OpinionOfACasual Like 2 maybe 3 people had Whyte winning barely. This is what the rest of them scored it.

Whyte has nothing to gain in a rematch with Parker. Parker is in my opinion a better fighter but showed little heart in the fight with Whyte, which was won fair and square by Dillian.

imagine if parker had stayed down from that killer headbutt, I wonder how the matchroom commentators would have brushed it off lol

Without the BS headbutt knockdown I would have had it a draw because Parker would have won the round. With it Whyte won 114-111.

I see you made a anonymous account, but waited till about a month after the fight before you made a thread trying to drum of interest for a rematch for yourself Joe

He pushed boundaries because he was the house fighter. Parker though needed to return the favour regardless of the outcome...Whyte has that sly smile that sly people cant hide, I seen it in that fight, and I ****ing hate it

Just one more round and we wouldn't be talking about the head clash, Whyte would've been stopped:(...You know ages ago, you mentioned a couple of fighters that caught your attention for being orrible ****'s, ones that liked hurting people or just down right nasty people(Eubank Jnr was one of them I think), was Saunders the other one??? I know hes a fav of yours and skills wise he's a fav of mine, but that geeza has no conscience and turns my stomach now..I just want to see if your radar was spot on :D

    Agreed.

I doubt he'll get one, for now at least as Whyte has bigger fish to fry. In any case Parker is better off getting some easier wins under his belt and working on his approach, ideally as others have said with some new thinking in his corner.

a lot of these guys who need to rebuild their careers should think about moving to the uk and joining a tight knit camp like the ingles. The UK is the hub of boxing right now so they'd get plenty of decent paydays and promotion via ifl etc.

I mean guys like kovalov and parker as they've both been hindered by rubbish teams.

Agree completely. He does appear to need some new direction, and definitely needs the confidence of a few wins under his belt

    I second this notion.
I don't see why Whyte 'owes' anyone though, just to be clear. It's his health and body and there was no controversy in those two close but clear wins for me.
The Parker-Whyte fight was great IMO and shows that Parker, AJ and Whyte are similar levels.
Wilder and T Fury still need to prove themselves against at least one of the three before I consider them elite HWs right now.
H Fury will be in the mix too if/when he hands Pulev the ''L".
I'd like less talk and more fighting between all 6 so we can actually see who is the best of the era rather than the horsesh1t talk about Hearn/Matchroom.

Dillian only wants to rematch the fight in which he comprehensively got his ass handed to him rather than the controversial wins he has. Chisora got screwed IMO in what was one of the fights of the year but he never really wanted a second bout with even a faded Del Boy after the hell he put him through the first time round.
