Fine will go to the BBBoC's charity for ex-fighters.

Think that's a bit harsh tbh. £100k is a lot of dough. I know Saunders is quite well off from his boxing and considerable property portfolio but this is a ton of money, probably exceeds his individual purses outside of Eubank, Lee and the rest of his world title defences.

Maybe Eddie Hearn and Warren will contribute to the fine, I don't know. It was rumoured that Hearn paid Chisora's fine to keep the Whyte fight on.

Seems to indicate a deal was reached.

He's driving around in a £250k Rolls Royce and acting like a dick. What fine do you think would have been fair?

I think that is very fair -- still able to box and earn a living but has been punished. Well done bbbc!

I thought the video was top class. No one really harmed, we all laugh and move on. 50K would have been enough

I don't think it's a proportionate punishment. That's just my view. It was a disgusting video but £100k is a massive sum of money, considering the risks Saunders takes inside the ring.

I would have liked something to go to the people he did it too, but it seems like a fair punishment.

If it stops him Taking liberties again then it's a justified amount imo.

100k is well over the top but I think they realise they need a well over the top fine to even try and get BJ to step in line.

It would be a lot less if the fighter was someone they were confident wouldn't **** about again.

I think part of money should have went to the guy who got slapped and branded a peado and money to pay to send the woman drug addict to a rehabilitation centre (if she wants to try and get off drugs). He will have issues with the police over his videos.

Wow. Was expecting them to fine him like £100 like the rest of the sports do when they see someone out of line. Good job BBBoC. I see it all the time in football. They fine them like 5k when they are earning 20+ times that a WEEK. It's silly.

I think that's pretty even handed, he will think before doing something like that again. Shame Galahad doesn't seem to be punished.

It’s totally proportionate. Anything less would be chump change and wouldn’t be a punishment at all. The money is going towards those who’ve taken the same risks for substantially less reward. That’s okay in my book. Multimillionaire Saunders won’t miss it, but will think twice before doing any similar crap again.
