So far, the question "who was possible to face?" has only been responded with "Amir Khan!" Forgive those who don't buy that... So I ask the same of you. Who would have qualified as "young and hungry?" at any point in Floyds' career that he needed to fight but didn't? What is "young?" Are we talking 25 years old and younger? Floyd fought established men, not unproven guys. Generally fighters don't prove themselves by age 25 to the level required to be a desirable fight with someone like Floyd.
You won’t find them after the De La Hoya/Mosley era because it don’t happen no more.. I just saw somebody discredit Floyd victory against Genaro Hernandez who only had one loss and that was to Oscar at a weight class he never fought at before or after.. If you discredit Floyd’s win vs Genaro then you have to discredit Oscar vs Chavez/Whitaker, Canelo vs GGG Fury/AJ vs Wlad, Hatton vs Tszyu etc.. Guys that’s we’re longtime champions in their division..
No way. The worst that could happen is a one sided UD with you hitting air and FMJ potshotting you. Every young and hungry fighter would gladly fight FMJ for millions up millions of dollars.
Well for starters Pacquiao and DLH have fought basically everybody under the sun. And neither man had a propensity to time their fights so that they were over the hill.
Well for starters Keith Thurman was Mayweather's mandatory for 2 years. A 38 year old Mayweather would have had his clock cleaned by Thurman. How about Margarito, Williams, Spence, Brook, Cotto, Pacquiao, Porter. All at one point of Floyd's career young and hungry fighters.
Calling out doesn't mean ****. What matters is sending somebody a contract with your signature on it.
What about the Castillo rematch? It gets rarely mentioned. DLH beat Floyd? Yeah, no. You need to rewatch that.
You thought oscar beat him??? you're a damn fool who can't be taken seriously for boxing debate log off.
You don't even believe that ****. It's because pbf didnt fight him Khan is all of a sudden a threat had pbf fought him then the win wouldn't be worth a damn and he ducked Maidana. This is the same Khan who has lost damn near every time he stepped up. Khan would be figured out in 2 rounds or less and be taken apart by pbf.
Neither does khan. He isn't knocking out pbf nor is he outboxing him how does he win? Pbf is actually a stylistic nightmare for him. You can't outbox the outboxer
