Let's hope USA network reloads Tuesday Night Fights and bring back Sean "the Champ"

I wonder if this means with one less premium channel that's some of the fights that had been blocked because of television deals will be easier to make and that's one less roadblock to having certain Fighters get in the ring

You're fully speaking for me as well.

I've been debating it for the last year or so. There have been so few fights on the network.

Once Jacobs is out of the ring on the 27th, I'm pulling the plug on HBO.

I don't see why HBO would go this route. Surely they are going to lose subscribers without the occasional regular HBO cards.

And even with this decision, they've still left the door open that they might still be interested in doing an occasional big PPV. For something like Canelo GGG 3 next year, for example, I don't know if this means that HBO would not still attempt to broadcast that fight as a PPV. Their Canelo PPVs have been very profitable for their network. Even if the rematch made less than the first fight, it still made a lot of $$.

DLH stated that he would consult HBO first for any future Canelo fights. At this point any Canelo fight would be a PPV, so I want to know if there's a possibility of some HBO PPVs next year like Canelo GGG 3 or any of Canelo's future bouts. This announcement seems to be about not broadcasting fights on regular HBO any longer. It's unclear to me if they will attempt to continue to broadcast Canelo PPVs moving forward. But regardless, this sucks, TR's ESPN deal really screwed them, it took a lot of their talent.

How do you know that Dereyvchenko and Jacobs both dont beat GGG and Canelo?

Canelos only victory at 160 is over a 36 year old fighter. And most people thought he was gifted. And GGG barely beat Jacobs when he was 34 let alone 36. And he ducked Dereyvchenko.

Should've never got rid of Larry the Legend and replaced him with that insufferable bug-eyed cuck mannequin Kellerman. Manny Steward's passing was a bullet to the gut of HBO boxing for me and hiring that subhuman creep from Oakland was unforgivable.

Boxing is at a bad time right now and HBO doesn't want to deal with it. The fights are not there to get, and the broadcasting team is terrible.
