what about the NSAC ? Doesn't sound like that's part of their rules and regulations as we've been hearing for months how any positive test in Nevada results in an automatic suspension.

i find it hilarious how USADA is now being used as a source of credible information after just last month i was told how corrupt GB , ODLH and Canelo was for using USADA in the Trout fight lmao.

Pilly Juice Saunders is exemplary and class act. Treats everyone with respect and dignity unlike the trashy classless Canelo who degrades people and pays homeless women to beat on strangers. Surely Pilly Juice would never do anything classless like take PEDs leading up to a fight.

 

I'm just asking, I'm not some expert on drug testing rules and regulation. I just know that for months we've been hearing about how Canelo was such a drug cheat because any positive test no matter what the the circumstances is an automatic suspension. Now it looks like Billy Hoe is gonna get off on a technicality.

 

Billy Hoe is such an outstanding citizen that he was just fined 100K for a video where he was trying to sell crack to a hooker for sexual favors. Sounds like a real winner and stand up guy lmao.

 

It's a fair question, TBH. Like I said, I thought substances were banned or not. I thought it was clear-cut. Now it appears otherwise.

Seems weird this failed test result has been made public if it's technically not a breach. I guess VADA (who tested him, I believe) need to make a statement as to why it was disclosed. One thing this definitely shows is how disorganised drug testing is globally....
