    Fair play to Smith, it looked like that was coming.

    Groves didn't take any big'ish shots well whatsoever, he wobbled or looked shook every time Smith landed the right hand.

    Groves looked really vulnerable throughout and I'm surprised, he has never had a granite chin but it never looked that brittle before.

    Maybe just too many hard fights and too much wear and tear but I don't want to take anything away from Smith, did what he had to do and won the WBSS.

    Well done to Callum, he salvaged the fight, I thought it was gunna be a routine Groves UD but he pulled it back. Groves wasn’t reacting well to the punches whenever Smith was landing rights on him. Smith just wasn’t capitalising on this.

    Well, I called that one. Didn't want Smith to win by stoppage at all, but if he was going to win I thought it was the most likely outcome after Groves decision.

    Both are 168 fighters, both made weight. If Smith can continue to make weight he can rule this division.

    He just outboxed and knocked out the best SMW on the planet. I wouldn't advise him to move up any time soon.
