GGG & Canelo didn't speak English.

Wilder & Fury do, heavyweights are also in a different league, PPV wise. It attracts the casual fans.

But after the Canelo-GGG 2 people might feel that it’s worth to spend a couple of bucks on boxing. Boxing PPV died after Mayweather-Pacquiao

It all depends on the antics these guys do in the press conferences and the build up and two different but exciting styles and personalities and 2 undefeated fighters. This fight is perhaps the biggest HW boxing fight in the US for a while, it should do 1 million PPV

Less than 400k buys, both sides of the Atlantic for me, possibly more in the UK. I think if it manages 400k in the US, it's a massive success.

They need to take lessons from Chisora in table throwing to liven up the pressers. All this hands bags stuff around shoving and name calling gets dull quickly.

    2.5 MILLION? Please...

He should be comparing it to Joshua-Klitschko, not to Mayweather-Pacquiao. Wrong league Deontay. If it does 1 million global total then it's a success for me. If it manages to beat Joshua-Povetkin I'll be surprised. And if it beats Joshua-Klitschko, then I'll be stunned.

They should be aiming for Joshua-Takam numbers. That's a realistic goal. 2.5 million is total dreamworld. Funny that, cause that will be where Deontay Wilder will be in 2 months time. On the canvas, dreaming about what could have been..

Wilder obviously living in a total fantasy land if he thinks it will do anywhere near that.

Canelo/GGG did 1.3 and 1.1 mill buys to think two known low draws will do double that is ludicrous.

Wilder thinks this is basically going to be the heavyweight PPV version of Mayweather/Pac, when in reality it might struggle to even be the heavyweight PPV version of Hopkins/Wright.

I think it should definitely do more than that, unless the promotion winds up being an incompetent dung show.

Fury is popular in England and very notorious, he’s big ticket seller and does great viewing figures in England, this will 100% do more than a 100k in Ppv buys.

No chance. I'm a fool that buys PPV but will watch this the next day. I enjoyed GGG Vs Canelo. But I wont stay up till 4 AND pay again. Doesnt feel worth it anymore. Especially with a saturated market, where the Dillain Whytes get PPV treatment.

How many PPV fights he had?
Even he admitted that he doesn’t have a big fanbase in England, as he is a traveller. Total opposite of Joshua, in every way, fight style, character, etc.

But I like him. I’m gonna root for him because I think he is the only man in the HW division who has real chance against AJ.
