    ###Ring Magazine:

    1: Anthony Joshua
    2: Deontay Wilder
    3: Luis Ortiz
    4: Dillian Whyte
    5: Alexander Povetkin
    6: Joseph Parker
    7: Tyson Fury
    8: Dominic Breazeale
    9: Adam Kownacki
    10: Jarrell Miller

    ###Mine:

    1. Anthony Joshua - Best resume, three belts, most successful
    2. Deontay Wilder - strongest punch, one belt, undefeated in 40 fights
    3. Dillian Whyte - Has one of the best resumes out there, 7 fight win streak, KO power
    4. Alexander Povetkin - The Povetkin who fought AJ would ko Wilder, and looked fantastic against AJ
    5. Joseph Parker - Has losses, but went the distance with #1 and #3, lots of potential
    6. Dereck Chisora - Fights anyone, great win vs dangerous Takam, good ring experience, durable
    7. Carlos Takam - went distance with #5 and almost #1 (unfair stoppage), put an ass whopping on chisora before getting KOed
    8. Luis Ortiz - still a threat, good ability, rocked wilder
    9. Tyson Fury - inactive but big and awkward with ability, can still cause problems and upsets through points decisions
    10. Joe Joyce - inexperienced but strong, atheletic, durable, quick work of kiladze, lewison and lenroy thomas, can cause surprises

I like yours better, but I'd take out Takam and maybe give Chisora a much lower spot.

    Mine:

    1. Joshua
    2. Wilder
    3. Fury
    4. Whyte
    5. Povetkin
    6. Miller
    7. Ortiz
    8. Kownacki
    9. Chisora
    10. Hrgovic

Moving in as soon as he fights at heavyweight: Usyk.

    Missing the cut:

Parker has lost two in a row.
    Breazeale is rather unskilled.

    Knocking on the door:

    Joyce
    Kuzmin
    Kean
    Teslenko

Miller seems to be making a lot of top ten lists?

Whats going here... did I miss a fight?

    Why?

His last couple of oppenents were pretty decent and he beat them convincingly. He's still "Big Maybe" Miller, but current heavyweight isn't too deep, and most of the big upcoming names are pretty green.
You can make a case for Hrgovic, Kabayel, Kuzmin and such on the list, but their resume's aren't really deep either.

That's my top 10 based on H2H and resume.

    1. Anthony Joshua - WBA/IBF/WBO champion, best resume, well-rounded fighter with great power
    2. Deontay Wilder - WBC champion, absurd power, physically most gifted fighter
    3. Luis Ortiz - southpaw, great power, very experienced and skilled fighter, gave Wilder a close fight
    4. Tyson Fury - good boxing ability, best win on his resume (Wlad 2015)
    5. Alexander Povetkin - experienced and very good fighter but clearly on the decline
    6. Dillian Whyte - win streak, good resume
    7. Joseph Parker - gave Joshua and Whyte close fights
    8. Joe Joyce - inexperienced but he would stomp a mudhole in most heavyweights asses
    9. Filip Hrgovic - inexperienced but amateur pedigree and already better than the likes of Kownacki, Breazeale etc.
    10. Jarrell Miller - good workrate, solid resume, best fatman fighter

Kownacki and Breazeale don't belong in any top 10 because of garbageness.

    Hes undefeated.

He defeated Washington who had a full training camp ( unlike his 3 weeks notice Wilder fight) .Washington is Wilders second best win arguably .

How good is he ? Should be a top 10 guy considering he fits in a lower tier bracket compared to guys likes like a Kownacki , Martin and Ruiz Jr. who aren't in my top 10. seems formidable enough to be tough head to head so its what your basing rankings on.

Pulev would normally be in there, but he's been inactive for quite some time now.
He probably re-enters my list if he outpoints Hughie next.

Breazeale has been inactive, not achieved much lately. Joyce vs Parker would be interesting fight.

But why is Ortiz so high up, surely recent activity/resume should have some weighting behind the selections lol!
