Now, now CST. Take us back 30 or so years and you'd be telling us Jose Ribalta is gonna knock out Mike Tyson!

30 years ago, I was a Mike Tyson fanboy, 30 years late, I still am.:deal:

It's an AJ thing, nothing more, hence why I hype Wilder, Joyce and now Ajagba. I love HW destroyers.. usually.

Tyson is rated higher at the moment since both AJs biggest wins are way past prime. Wlad was 41, which is a grandpa in boxing years, and even though he's an ATG he was way too old. Povetkin was a very good fighter when he was taking out guys like Peres or Takam in a couple of rounds, but at 39 reflexes and stamina failed him.

Wladimir was 6'4.5" and he was a legend, but was also old and shot as well as coming off an almost two year layoff. I give Joshua as much credit for this win as I give Tyson for beating an old and inactive Holmes, which none.

Povetkin on the other hand was a good fighter, but what in the world did he do to become a legend. He had two times to make history and failed both times. Povetkin is Frans Botha or Donovan Ruddock level at best, which is far from legendary.

You know this is a boxing forum, right? A place to express opinion on boxers and boxing. Just thought I'd check....

Yeah I'd rather it wasn't a place for trolling and lying, at least poor opinions can be educated.

People are lying and saying AJ was hurt, I didn't see AJ hurt ....and AJ himself said he wasn't hurt.

    Clearly there's an agenda here.

Tony Tucker, James Smith, Pinklon Thomas were champions and would have an easier time becoming champions today in 2018 and the Donovan Ruddock from the 1st Tyson fight would have made Fury, Wilder and Joshua his female dogs. People that bash Tyson saying he has a crap record just look at his resume and numbers without watching the fights and his opponents' fights.
