    True. I love Linares and he'd present Mikey issues no doubt, but Mikey is overall better.

    Mikey called Spence out for a year. And when people didn't believe Mikey was serious, he went on record saying that he was dead serious.

    Then when Spence answered the call, Mikey wilted.

    Same manager, same network. Easy as cake to made.

    Robert wouldn't let him take that fight. If Mikey could take that fight he would.

    Mikey never intended to fight Spence. He’s just using Spence to keep his name in the headlines. As a 2nd order effect, he can command bigger purses, due to his “A side” status.

    I really can’t stand Mikey. Hopefully he’ll make a misstep somewhere along the way and lose to a prohibitive underdog...kinda like JuanMa Lopez did against Salido, while “marinating” the Gamboa fight.
