Will GGG duck Jermall?

Hes been mandated by the WBC to fight Charlo for the number 1 contender spot which is totally fair to me. Charlo is the interim champion after all

 

Charlo isn't more accomplished at MW though. Either fight is top notch. Regardless of which happens or Alvarez III fans won't be in a place to *****.

 

Hes more accomplished as a fighter. Held a title at 154. And attained a mando position to GGG... What has Murata done?

Just saying. Murata shouldn't even be brought up and the fact Charlo was mandatory to GGG while he was a champion, and now being mandated to fight GGG for the 1 spot shouldn't be swept under the rug.

 

The time when Jacobs bumped into Charlo in the corridor at a fight iirc.

Charlo running his mouth, Danny turned up and Charlo clammed up.

Jacobs called for the fight, Charlo went on to fight Centeno.

 

Charlo overall sure. But at 160 they're in dead heat. Both have fake belts but are considered top fighters in the division. As a fan I'd like to see either. It's not duck if it's still a top level fight.

 

Charlo gets GGG more respect as a fighter instead of Murata. Just saying, its a main stream fight and needs to happen.

 

Cmon man, both held their ground. Charlo was already contracted to fight Centeno and Jacobs was negotiating to fight Derevchenko... Quit acting like there was even a fight between the two that was realistically on the table

 

Yeah if he wants to fight Canelo for that WBC belt of course he has to fight Charlo, I have feeling Canelo would drop that belt in order to fight GGG even if it only for the WBA belt. I don’t think either man wants to face Jermall, but Jermall hasn’t said anything about it so if they stall his career it’s on him.

 

Wasn’t Jacobs pushing like 190 when they fought? He’s got legit power and did nothing to GGG. I don’t think size will be an issue for GGG against anyone who can make 160 safely.

Charlo is a nice fighter, but who has he fought?

I really think if GGG can land on a faster, slicker Canelo... he will find Charlo. He could break down Charlo fast if he gets his attention quick.

 

And he's fought no one since Centeno who isn't very good.

I'd also pick Derevyanchenko to stop Charlo. It's time for Charlo to step up.

 

I think Jacobs will out box and outhustle Derevchenko. So until Derevchenko actually beats Jacobs that point is moot.

 

We all want to see it though. So hopefully given the circumstances, both fighters can reach a deal and get it on.

 

The WBC has no more right to "order" Charlo and Golovkin to fight than I have. They're trying to protect Clenelo from getting his ass beat by Charlo (and GGG again, mind) through this charade. Clenboy should fight Charlo asap, is what I think. People talk about Haymon protection ... lol ... this is just the same.
