Not only is Adamek old,he is also undersized and being matched with a very big heavyweight with a high work rate.

Hes been a heavyweight for 9 years, is the same size as Povetkin, has more skill than Stiverne and Browne combined, victories over 250+ Golota, Abell, Grant, McBride, Arreola. His 3 recent losses have been all against small heavyweights. But yeah, i agree with you, Miller beats him handily, yet Adamek is no different from the other old end of their run fighters the other champions/contenders are facing..
