    Its not as simple as KO equals better. But ultimate success in this sport is KO. This is sport, not war. Make no mistake though you are supposed to just ****ing obliterate the opponent. Let's call it what it is. That's the objective here.

    It's not a fetish. The objective is to KO the opponent. That's the whole point. **** me for thinking about the goddamn objective.

    And you ignored quality of opposition which I stress more than KOs.

    The object in both is to WIN, by any of a number of methods.

    If you rile your opponent up until he pulls a Golota and flagrant fouls you, then your disqualification victory is "ultimate success".

    UD=MD=SD=TD=RTD=RSC=TKO=KO=DQ.

    They all equal a W.

    No a KO is far more pure than a decision. When the judges have to declare a winner than your win is not as pure as a guy who took the outcome of the fight into his own hands.

    I remember when Valero was smashing through opposition he had that withering power but he delivered it crudely, scrapping away until he could land his money shot.

    Inoue delivers his power with speed and pinpoint accuracy, we've not seen a force of nature like him for a long time. I genuinely can't wait to see how far he goes, for now it's hard to imagine him not clearing up this WBSS and climbing up maybe as far as 130/135 in the future, but we'll see - whatever unfolds will be exciting no doubt.

    Count me a fan.

    I've seen similar one-punch KO in several fights before, like Pacquiao did against Hatton, but what maks Naoya's different from others is he did it while Payano was fresh in the 1st round.
    Hatton had been already damaged by another knock down, and was not able to respond to the last punch well.
    Naoya can do it because of his tremendous speed, accuracy and determination...
