Eddie Hearn: I've never said there was a December 1st deadline. I just want talks to start.

    Pathetic comment.

Over on the British section I said Joshua had a strong claim for BBBoC fighter of the year for his wins over Parker and Povetkin which were two solid wins.

I also stated that Groves clearly beat Eubank and that Eubank boxed awfully at points in that fight.

I call it as it is. I have my favourites but I leave bias at the door. I don’t do that bum boy **** you see from a plethora of poofs here.

You write shamelessly biased **** ALL THE TIME.

You also seem to have serious obsessions with fighters and bang on about your favourites in a seriously gay sounding way. If that's you then all power to you but if it's not then you might want to reflect on how you're representing yourself.

Eddie wants Joshua’s Wembley opponent confirmed soon as if he doesn’t then Whyte will have to fill that slot as the opponent. I dont know if he will risk Whyte fighting in December against Chisora or Ortiz as it could scupper his Wembley show next year. Who does Joshua fight outside Wilder? Fury IF he wins.

Hearn just doing his best to organise his stable and shows. Wilder team rightly waiting for the outcome of the fight first, it doesn’t benefit them at all to organise the Joshua fight based on a Wilder win over Fury. It only benefits Hearn.

    Why are people so surprised?

You could make the same thread for Finkel, De La Hoya, Warren, Arum, Schaefer, Don King, Dibella etc etc. The list is endless.

Promoters are essentially 'Professional **** talkers'.

No surprise to see Hearn being targeted more than other promoters right now.....
    Why is that?
Because right now, he's the most active and successful promoter out there.

Hearn seems especially keen to put Joshua in with loud talking lard ass Miller for some reason. Like Breazeale Wilder it feels like another fight the fans don't want but the promoters are claiming they're going to get 'by popular demand'.

    Exactly.....

It benefits Hearn to get to sorted early....
It benefits Finkle to not get it sorted early....

But of course, somehow one side is more at fault than the other, even though both are looking after themselves.

Both sides have made it clear they're not desperate to make the fight yet.

How is sending multiple contracts to the other team classed as ducking?

Hearn as millers promoter is doing his best to improve his profile. But Hearn also knows that Miller would be a tough sell in the he UK. Literally the only Selling angle they have is that he is 320lbs. Miller could be a potential opponent late 2019/20.

Hearn seemed to want him to fight Joshua prior to signing him though and still appears to want to hype a fight despite Miller claiming he wants out of his Matchroom contract. It's weird.

The last interview I seen which was after the Chicago show last night he was asked if Miller was still in the running for April if he can't get Wilder done, and Whyte fights in December. Hearn's initial response was "no I don't think so" "if it was in America yes, but if they're in the UK which is the plan at Wembley then it's Whyte if Wilder doesn't take the fight."

He wouldn't want the fight in the UK. Miller would be a perfect fight to introduce Joshua to the US audience that they hope will be paying out for PPV in a subsequent fight. It's also a lot easier to get on DAZN if they want to bid for it.

I had the conversation in another thread about what Hearn could do with a mandatory free period for AJ if say the WBO had considered the Povetkin fight satisfied their mandatory. A fight like this would be an example. A break from the Wembley run, because keep drawing from that well too much may see it run dry, a chance to break a new market for AJ and a chance to use his star power to support his Matchroom US activities.

Hearn is smart. When he wanted Wilder to fight Whyte and Joshua to fight Miller there was more to his thinking than the 'he shook he scared of Wilder' nonsense. At the end of those two fights AJ and Wilder would've been a far bigger fight on both sides of the pond,
