Why should that weight difference be acceptable and allowed. . . .Miller vs Adameck?

You know any weight limit for HWs is precisely that? A pipe dream. It's not gonna happen, I was just saying what I would like to see...

    I respect that...

Limits can prevent some entertaining match ups, and individual fighters from putting on good fights, or getting their paydays using weight advantage.

    Looking back at history -

The Foremans that wanted to get back into it, and are naturally big, where getting down to 250 would be a pain in the ass for them at old age.

The Valuev's that want to box and can't play basketball maybe because of a knee injury...

The Butterbeans that are just naturally big mofos, that put on entertaining fights, and love to box. That use their size to their advantage.

    And modern day -

The big 6'7 6'8 guys that are naturally muscular... many European ones coming up.

The naturally big boned, stockier guys we have today in the 6'2-6'4 range,

And the boxers that like to cycle depending on the type of fight their having, like AJ swings between 240s and 250s, and can walk around in the 260s when he's enjoying himself.

I guess I would argue rules shouldn't be shaped by the exceptions like Valuev. And anyway, he wanted to be a poet. No joke. He was badgered into boxing.

But yeah I see a weight limit is not a perfect solution. It's just I fear what we might be witnessing in 10-20 years if the direction of travel continues: two men being lowered into the ring by hoists...
