Boxing - Floyd brutalises Khabib, Khabibs stand up is very basic.

MMA - Khabib brutalises Floyd within 5 min.

If Khabib Nurmagomedov's standup is absolute garbage, how was he able to drop -- and greatly outland in significant strikes -- the normally durable Conor McGregor?

    Just curious.

Why don't we just make a hypothetical matchup up of Henry Cejudo vs Daniel Cormier while we're at it.

Khabib would ragdoll Floyd and beat him within an inch of his life in MMA. In boxing the same thing would happen but Khabib would be disqualified for grappling in the boxing ring under Queensbury rules!

lol! Floyd would be destroyed by most of Khabib`s opponents, WTF? Khabib has only lost one round in his entire career that was the third round to Conor according to the judges, even Floyd can`t say that!

I`d rather watch Khabib box Conor on the undercard of Manny vs Floyd, it might be a better fight!

Khabib has never faced a good striker before. As a guy that competed in both kickboxing and karate I have a lot of respect for mma fighters and my friend even won the UFC Fighter House and is undefeated, but elite prime boxers are far superior athletes compared to prime elite mma fighters. Golovkin and Canelo's striking ability, punching power, head movement, and timing would allow them to destroy any fighter in the 155 division in the UFC. Khabib would be knocked out long before he'd ever be able to land a single leg or double leg. Also, Khabib beat an inactive Connor, who isn't that great anyway, since Nate got off the couch and destroyed him far more impressively.

Al Laquinta, Edson Barboza, and Michael Johnson are trash when it comes to striking. My friend used to have a Boxing/Taekwondo/MMA gym in Tarzana and I seen Dos Anjos get toyed with by an amateur featherweight boxer. To be a good sport the boxer said 3 rounds mma rules and my friend, who was the coach warned Dos Anjos not to do it and Dos Anjos still couldn't lay a finger on the boxer.

Connor's uppercut was far from brilliant. Connor can't throw more than 2 or 3 punches without sucking wind and his front kicks are trash. Nate Diaz, who is far from being an elite striker has a far better front kick and can apply offense without sucking wind after 10-20 seconds.
