Definitely the buildup would be fun to see if Ricardo could ruffle the feathers of the normally cool & composed Gennady with his trash-talk.

 

GGG smoothers him with aggression straight away, landing power shots and it looks like its gonna be an early blow out, but Mayorga responds with some brutal shots himself getting confident he keeps going for it and catches a hook to the body that pushes his liver in to his spleen and leaving him crumpled on the floor no later than the fourth ! Its got short classic written all over it imo

 

Mayorga eats some big rights and showboats them away, until one of them crumples him. Would be a fun, short, fight.

 

It might last 3 rounds....

 

Absolutely no intrigue to this matchup at all. GGG clobbers the much smaller, face first fighting, Mayorga. (And, I like Mayorga)

Before the fight and after the fight would be polar opposites. You'd have Mayorga before hand giving it the bully tactics getting aggressive and showing zero respect and GGG taking it with his respectable attitude and looking like he might be intimidated as a result if you didn't know either, then after GGG looks like King Kong and Mayorga looks like a Mouse. Thing is, Mayorga has a chin, so its gonna be brutal for him.
