    Actually about the stoppage, Benevidez didn't look like he really wanted to continue after the first knockdown. That's the type of **** that influences the ref if you go down again. Gotta stay game if you don't want to get stopped.

    Definitely, but that mailing style and aggressive output will have Crawford on his toes throughout. People claiming that Gamboa was a tougher opponent or stating benevidez would get whipped and stopped early have no room to talk imo.

    That right hand was gonna be effective since Benavidez was holding his hands low the whole fight but I believe Crawford wanted to punish him and then take him out late

    Benavidez is top two best opposition if was Spence fighting Him Spence hasn't fought nobody too only a damaged Brook.

    Eh, tbf JBJ was staggering - how much of that was to do with fatigue, how much to do with the knee, and how much to do with Crawford's finishing salvos is up to debate - but the ref has discretion to look at fighters and think "hmm, through whatever confluence of factors, you have no legs right now and this dude's on you like white on rice and just dropped you twice in the span of ten seconds..." and call it off. :nusenuse:

    Definitely Not. Benevidez tested him throughout the twelve round fight. Canelo still reigns as number 1 in my book.

    I haven't said Spence has beaten top opposition. I just think he's better. He is less dynamic, but he doesn't get hit like this.
