Roy Jones Jr vs Lou Del Valle what are your thought on Jones performance?

    I feel Jones fought poorly vs Del Valle, missing often and being on the centre line after punching, how would fans rate his performance in this bout out of 10?

    I think he did well.

    You can't easily beat everyone.

    Del Valle was decent and tough, and he'd sparred Roy before.

    Roy caught him with some great body shots.

    Weren`t there middles or super middle down the years that would have dealt with Del Valle less sloppily? Andre Ward wouldn`t have misssed as much as Roy did in that fight.

    He missed a lot in the 1st round, he looked really sloppy.

    He didn't look that impressive, it has been about 21 years , some things I have forgotten about.

    Probably. But then Roy could have beaten some of their opponents easier than what they did.

    That's the beauty of boxing.

    Styles make fights.

    I wouldn't have said that he was sloppy. His body work was great and it really slowed him down.
