Does Inoue punch harder than Manny did during his prime at the lighter weights?

I feel Fighters react more to Inoue`s punches than they used to on average vs Manny, which of these two had/have more early KO wins at the same stage of their careers? Is Inoue more of a one punch KO artist than Manny was?

Inoue had more power but Manny was faster. I think Inoue was better than Manny at lower weights. He was pretty one dimensional and a one handed fighter. Obviously saying Inoue is better than the Manny who fought Cotto is ridiculous, it just shows how much Manny improved.

I put Inoue in the Hamed category. Both had better one punch KO power than Manny.
