Norris wass billed throughout the whole PPV of De La Hoya-Rivera as Oscars next opponent if he was to beat millings. I don't recall the Trinidad fight ever being discussed to my recollection

Absolutely untrue .Newman would never let Bowe in against Lewis I heard that directly from Rock;s mouth. He knew Lennox had Riddick's number

Tony never got the credit he deserved for LEGITIMATELY beating Cotto into submission. Oscar Fishnets claimed he wanted the winner of that fight, expecting Cotto to win. He changed his mind immediately ROFL

Leonard-Camacho was a farce Leonard stabbed Donald Curry in the back when he came out of retirement to rob Marvin Hagler. then he fought Camacho purely for the paycheck. Don wanted snake in the grass Leonard BAD!! but Leonard would never fight him

No, it's true. Lewis-Bowe was negotiated 3 separate times.

The first time Lewis' team rejected the offer, before turning around and accepting it, and then Bowe dropped the WBC belt.

The second time it was supposed to go forward, it was derailed when Lewis lost to McCall.

And the third time was part of the same deal where Tyson paid Lewis step aside money, and Bowe and Lewis agreed to a fight - which was nearly derailed by Mercer, and ultimately derailed by Golota.

Not sure if it was a tune up of sorts but Khan v Peterson was basically pushed as a stay busy for Khan because they failed in making the Bradley unification.

Bivol vs Kovalev was derailed but it could still happen if Kovalev wins the Alvarez rematch.

Oriz vs. Berto was an incredible fight, especially the first half. I remember watching it, seeing Berto battle for that mega payday, knowing it was slipping through his fingers. It definitely added to the viewing experience knowing what was on the line.

The biggest ever was already mentioned, Tyson vs. Douglas.

Didn't Rahman KO'ing Lewis push Vitali back? It went from almost certainly happening to Lewis having to rematch Rahman. Or am I not thinking clearly?
