Pedraza just fought a wrong game plan in that fight, He was waiting to gas out Tank Davis sadly it cost Him to go toe to toe with Him, Doubt He will fight the same again, but He will get dominated vs Loma.
It depends on Loma's arm condition. If he can fight like his usual self before injury, I think he can beat Pedraza easily. Pedraza is not really a special boxer in my honest opinion. The day he lost his belt to Tank, he fought very poorly. If Loma can stop Linares, he is definitely able to stop Pedraza as well. Pedraza is not as quick, accurate, powerful, and experienced as Linares. He is probably more or less in the same level as Sosa.
I don't think so. Loma don't have that pure beast in him that Tank does. What Tank did was brutal and savage.
