There'll feed him David Price next year. Then when old grandpa Ortiz is wheel chair bound, there'll feed him to the bodybuilder Joshua, lol.

"If you can't beat them, join them." must be what Hearn is thinking. Ortiz has lately been on a vicious duck hunt and it has been ages since Dillian got a good night of sleep without all the nightmares.

Dillian’s Twitter right now features him posting workout videos with the comments section clocking in at about 50 people telling him to fight Ortiz and few if any comments about the content.

The first name I thought of was David Price.

Price was on twitter saying Eddie owes him a big fight, Price wanted Browne but I would laugh my backside off if Hearn said "there you go, big fight, Ortiz"

It sort of makes sense, Ortiz would be back on a Matchroom card, Price gets his "big fight", Price gets annihilated and Hearn can sort of finally sack him off because he has given him his "owed" big fight..

Or if Price pulls off a monumental upset then Ortiz is done, losing to Price at his age should be career ending.

Oh FFS, I'm going to have to watch Ortiz Vs Price on a PPV card, this is seriously depressing.

Would be interesting at it would allow Luis Ortiz to have some financial backing behind and try paying higher fees in order to attract better fighters such as joseph Parker, chisora and Whyte to potentially fight him as he can use some of that matchroom money to attract these names rather than the fighters he had been fighting previous such as Malik Scott and Dave Allen.

He fought Allen and Scott under Hearn’s banner.

He never signed with Matchroom the first time. He merely signed a deal to fight on Matchroom cards.

I’m saying tho if he does a long term deal then matchroom will be more likely to invest higher amounts of money into him rather than fight by fight deals or just deals to appear on matchroom cards hence why more lucrative fights maybe available to him

This lol, or he might draft in Kevin Johnson to make him look bad like what happened in the Scott fight.
