Will Fury v Wilder PPV Numbers be disclosed?

They were but there was just no way they could have afforded to put on card like that.

I feel the reason why no undercard has been announced yet is simply down to money.

 

If they do well it will be announced and you know Wilder or Fury will be screaming it from the roof tops, it will be worse than Froch mentioning 80K in Wembley at every opportunity.

If it does badly we won't hear the numbers as they try and bury it, but eventually it will get leaked.

 

Have my doubts this event will even take place

 

They prob will exaggerate the numbers if it's possible just like Hearn has everyone believing AJ Parker only done 40k less than the Wlad fight, and that the Povetkin fight was close.

No, I'm blaming Hearn who is clearly lying. Everyone knows the Klitschko fight done way more buys than both Parker & Povetkin.

That Barbs site is a joke. It has Froch Groves 2 doing only 50k more than Frampton Quigg which is nonsense. Froch Groves 2 was a legit 700k.

No way Froch/Groves 2 did that poorly I've read reports saying it did 900K to even a million. I'd assume they made a typo and the first fight did the numbers they said for the 2nd fight because the 2nd fight was massive here in the UK.

 

Yes, they said Frampton Quigg done 300k (it was less than 200k according to Eddie) and that Froch Groves 2 done 350k. They also mentioned Froch Groves 1 which I'm sure wasn't a PPV? So It wasn't a typo.

Everyone and their dog bought Froch/Groves 2. It had more hype than Joshua/Parker & Joshua/Povetkin
