He'll add to this promotion, big time, though. This will sell out, definitely, and it will do big PPV numbers. It's an odd fight from a boxing perspective, but the casuals will lap it up - mostly all the casuals know who he is, even in the UK now with him doing punditry there.

Eh...two guys each coming directly off TKO losses two calendar years prior are going to do big PPV numbers? I'm not buying it (literally or figuratively )

I know the Mayweather fight did well, but...that was Mayweather. I'm not sure McGregor can or will sustain that wattage on the marquee without someone comparable in the other half of the equation.

McGregor sells 1m PPVs regardless of what happens or who he's fighting, much like Mayweather. The Malignaggi thing has been brewing a while, there's enough there to sell the fight on and Paulie is a great ****-talker as well. The promotion will sell itself.

I certainly wouldn't pay for it, but it will sell big. Enough for a massive payday for them both.

If big Ron has been near that with his 9 inch flaccid then I'm staying away. I won't be able to satisfy I'm afraid.

McGregor would endanger a Mayweather rematch fighting Paulie.

I'd watch it for the lols.

A sharp Paulie, even one 60% of the one who outboxed Judah might knock Conor out. His chin is officially done.

Since I think McGregor is both a better boxer and heavier handed than Sam Eggington, Conor by KO.

God, that genuinely pained me to say that.:roto2gaydude::confused:

Yep common sense would suggest McGregor v TBA would be massive, let alone someone he's had beef with for a while. It doesn't have to be a legit show, it will sell whether its a joke with McGregor

Belive it or not I think mcgregor actually has a bit of a chance. Paulie is 40, has zero power and was last seen 2 years ago getting cracked by the egg. He's also not Floyd mayweather.

Mcgregor was less awful than I expected last time, and Paulie is a guy who was last seen getting stopped by a domestic level british fighter and that was 2 years ago.

I expect Paulie to win it but if there's big odds on mcgregor id throw some on him

I think sparring is just sparring and I dont want to read in to that much. I just think Malignaggi is too old and the fact that he got stopped by Eggington in his last fight showed how little he has left in the tank.

Why? Malignaggi is a joke and Conor just lost and is not a boxer. Why waste the time? Let's make real boxing fights. Is boxing so far gone we have to make joke fights?

Anyone who believe McGregor (who has released misleading sparring footage), wasn't being dishonest in what he released of him sparring Paulie (including claiming he got a knock down when the ref (why did they have a ref for sparring?), clearly waved it as not a knock down), is stupidz.

All the McGregor fanboys will almost certainly make him a heavy betting favorite. You'd get far better odds betting on Paulie.
