Hughie tastes Pulevs power early on and runs like he did against Parker. Pulev comfortably takes the UD as Hughie is running and showing no effective aggression.

 

Hughie is the biggest puncher in boxing so i predict a sickening KO in round 7 after he plays with his prey, he has that ability to end a fight whenever he wants to, we all know his loss to Parker was the finest display of corruption in boxing history, he won every round clearly and was going easy on Parker. Mick Hennessey said it was corruption and that man doesn't lie.

 

I originally was going Pulev but I think he lost the plot, Hughie had 2 good showings and is an active fighter.

Hard not to pick Fury here in what will be a probable ugly fight.

Assuming fair scoring. Fury by decision!

 

Hughie knowing that his "shades of Ali" approach will not work as the away fighter will give Pulev the Sexton treatment..

 

I think Pulev will get a MD/SD nod in front of his hometown crowd.

 

I think Fury under performed vs Parker, he came in with the wrong strategy thinking he could steal the belt in the UK by doing just enough and then proceeded to choke under the pressure of his first title shot.

I think he can do better vs Pulev, he'll box move and win a comfortable decision. Whether he gets the decision is another question, with a passive style and it being in Pulev's back yard anything other than a dominant win could result in a controversial decision against him.

 

Close fight, which gets decided by hometown advantage. Pulev by close decision.

Pulev has wins in amateurs over Bogdan Dinu, Zhilei Zhang, Odlanier Solis, Głowacki, Roberto Cammarelle, Robert Alfonso.Whyte lose from Chisora(my and many other's opinion), but Pulev was different level against Chisora(who was 10 pounds lighter for that fight).He's not a puncher, but his skills are underrated.
The only chance for Fury is because Pulev was inactive for a long time, and i think that's why Fury accept that fight.

Pulev by late knockout. Fury will get desperate, and try something foolish, in the later rounds.
