This is a juicy ass, classic freak show fight... it also makes tons of sense.

I'll watch for the lols, especially the build up. This is Broner's last hurrah, you can bet he'll train better than he has his whole life and the urban world will be watching. Broner is still a huge star in the urban community and pulls in lots of interest and ratings. If he wins this, literally all of his past failures will be forgotten and he'll have the last laugh.

What is your basis for saying that Broner is a huge star in the "urban" community?

Because he attracts the most attention out of any American boxer not named Floyd? He's best friends with a lot of rappers and his fights are always high profile fights in the urban community. His last fight with Jessie Vargas, Broner used rapper Tekashi69 to start a fake beef to sell and promote the fight. Broner is not stupid when he demanded a lot of money for the Pac fight, he knows his worth and knows how to sell himself with foolish antics to attract attention.

For me, it would depend greatly on the undercard. While the idea of Pac and Broner is rather intriguing, I can't say it's enough to fork over PPV cash

Maybe you are right but I am from Detroit and everyone I know that follows boxing thinks Broner is a clown. It would be interesting to see how well a card would do with Broner fighting a "nobody".

Lol so that's your excuse? It's sad that a great fighter like Pacquiao is fighting a Garcia left over, not worth buying this garbage

Broner brings nothing to this fight. PAC is years from his glory days.

Only thing this fight does is line Broner and PACs wallet.

Shot Pacquiao vs. the Chavez Junior of the lower weight divisions? This fight will have its moments.

No, I am afraid Broner will lay down for a payday just like Lucas did.

    He already IS shot.

It’s just that Pac is such a specimen that even shot at 40 he still is a force.
