There is something primal about this sport that is encoded into our very strand of DNA. Something that more “honorable” professions will never be able to fulfill.

 

I find Chris Eubank Jr interesting as he doesn't have to fight he comes from a rich family (thanks to Eubank senior), but he fights for the love of the sport. Lots of boxers come from low or middle class families you don't see that many coming from high class/rich families.

I hung up the gloves after a legendary 3-1 amateur career and a broken nose in sparring.
