Spence vs Mikey seems likely for Feb 21?

    It’s being reported due to the breakdown of the Commey talk that Mikey is pursuing Spence again. Mikey needs to just sign the deal and talk after I’m tired of him always flirting with these big names and nothing materialises.

    I would rather see this than Spence vs Collazo but ultimately Mikey vs Loma is the fight that he should be taking.

    thats fair.
    i think we could get both fights. mikey doesnt have to win to get bigger, he just has to look class in losing to spence. losing to spence does not forfeit his claim to being the best lightweight in the world, only one man can dispute it, and people will pay handsomely to watch them hash it out.

    Yeah but people thought that about Brook and Khan but both got seriously damaged in there crazy weight climbing endeavours.

    neither of those 2 are on mikeys level. if mikey gets stopped, it will be from a body shot, which wont damage him more than a few weeks. i expect something special, no matter who wins.

    He is gunna get a hellacious beating, unless it ends in a few rounds. Losing your 0 after all these years can have psychological impacts especially if it’s a bad beating or an embarrassing defeat.

    I see Showtime is planning on yet again doing PPV, what are they just gonna put on a ppv every month now because someone said with Canelo on DAZN PPV is dead in the US :lol: That's December SHO PPV Wilder vs Fury, January SHO PPV Pacquiao vs Broner & now February SHO PPV Spence vs Garcia. Wonder what fight for March they will make PPV, good luck :lol:

    outside of that perfect body shot i alluded to, i see it going 12 with mikey losing by a couple of points due to not enough offense relative to spences. the only reason i dont see mikey winning this, is because i dont think he will be as good at 147. i had the same worries about bud until i saw him vs horn, but bud was moving up to his natural weight, not away from it.

    There is no way I seeing this going 12, Spence can stop Mikey to the head or the body. I will be impressed if Mikey sees round 5 to be honest.

    It’s make or break for them, it’s weird coz just when all the PPVs are dying in the US, they begin to up the no. Of PPVs lol.

    There’s no way Mikey sees the final bell, Spence is a beast at 147 with serious power, I see Mikey getting stopped around the 5th with a body shot after a poor performance because he’ll be too scared too engage after he feels Spences power
