There's Machado at 5'10", Shakur Stevenson, 5'8" Devin Haney 5'8". those three gents will move up because their frames and lust for fame will dictate it. Gervonta , Loma, Mikey , Josh Taylor, Prograis, Linares among others are already there. It's about to be a shoot out in the next year or two. 147 is already busting at the seams with excellent fighters. Let's get it on!!!

Lord willing, or whatever anyone prays to, these guys don't become chicken poop scared buttholes when it's time to fight each other unlike the current 147 roster all hiding behind each other.

These fighters these days make the 2000s fighters look like ancient gods. They mixed it up pretty well even though a few ducked each other. Example, Morales wanted nothing to do with Marquez, but Barrera stepped up and fought Juan. All 3 fought Pacquiao but Pacquiao ducked 2000s Mayweather and Marquez fought Floyd but Mayweather ducked Margarito but Pacquiao and Cotto fought him.

You can't even get these guys to do that type of strategic ducking , they all just outright say no and the fans are OK with it. Weird stuff.

Don't bank on it. They would try to avoid each other like the plague. Only way we get a fight among the top fighters is if they see a weakness on the other e.g. age or lost several steps. Or best case scenario we wait 3 to 6 years for a fight to get made.

fighters entitled expectations is just the tip of that iceberg. now the broadcast platforms, sanctioning bodies, promoters, managers and fathers want to be the last word on who and where a fighter fights. its a wonder any meaningful fights get made at all... and thats usually because they happen to share stables.
