So in a Whyte AJ rematch... you don't think it Whyte will last more than 6 rounds?

Can you confirm? We can call the bets.

I think 8 maximum. You’re forgetting that Joshua has improved considerably too. Also Whyte was lucky to hear the first bell in the first fight, the little ruckus threw AJ concentration a bit, after it but if that didn’t happen I doubt Whyte lasted 2/3 rounds.

This is my wee bit maybe right could be terriblely wrong
Fury v wilder rematch meaning April time (heard Ben Davison saying it’s a two way rematch’s clause)
Whyte/Chisora winner v brazille winner becomes mandatory for WBC
Miller if he beats dinu will get AJ shot in April if not will be pulev with Eddie Hoping whyte beats Del Boy and brazille then fury wilder winner making Joshua whyte rematch for “all the marbles” either way I can’t see Joshua wilder/fury in the same ring together as they all have to much of an ego to be the b side and will want 50/50 and Joshua will not give 50 percent away when he can fight another 5/8 mandatories for high reward low risk
Just a wee though obviously this is result depending bit in a Hearn/match room ideal world that’s the steps they would follow

AJ has improved, but no where near as much as Whyte has improved, individually.

Whyte caused Joshua problems stylistically. The box fight style throws AJ off, as AJ sticks to his funamentals.

Whyte's secret weapon against Joshua is the counter punching. Let's be honest, Whyte was very out of shape and rough around the edges against Joshua. He injured his shoulder, but still showed all the potential to come back and do better.

He's at that stage now where he can do better, just a few minor tweaks here and there, especially concerning the weight he chooses to come in at. A 245/247 pound ... 2018 Dillian Whyte will suprise a lot of people against Joshua.

Dillian has learned to pick his moments when attacking, like against Parker, so that he isn't to open. And he comes TRULY alive when he is being attacked and goes for the counter, and that few split seconds is where he is inflicting the most damage against his opponent, before covering up again for the next encounter.

Over the last 8 fights Dillian has improved the following things that he was ALREADY good at:

    - The Jab through experience/more rounds
    - Body shot power, more training, more opponents to practise on
    - Left hook is back again in full swing, (Parker/Browne)
    - Resilience (Has taken punishment and weathered the storm with Chisora) guy LOVES to neck train since AJ fight

Things he has improved where he wasn't so good:

    - Defense, has shown excellent bopping and weaving against a considerably faster opponent vs Parker
Excellent tight defence against a dangerous power puncher in Lucas browne
    - Stamina, Chisora and Parker 12 rounds, not the lightest weight either.
    - Wisdom (He times he's shots, and doesn't brawl like he used too)
    - Better technique on punches and combinations, increased accuracy on the power punches.
    - Better variety to his arsenal, throws uppercuts, combos, more jabbing, crisp body shots

Whyte has a got a BETTER chance than many people think. Chisora is a tough fight for ANY boxer, so you can't count out Dillian because he went 12 rounds in a close descision.

So you think Dillian does not have any legitimate chance of beating AJ?

Cool, I give it about 60-40 to AJ in terms of probability for winning.

    No where near 10-1.

    We'll see though.

    Don't go there mate.

Matchroom FC fans take criticism of their view of the "negotiation" narrative very personally. All of a sudden, they're all lawyers, accountants, business people and human lie detectors amalgamated into one. :pipi

As another poster pointed out, Whyte, Pulev, Miller is how it's going to pan out, or possibly Miller second. Takes care of the next 18 months very nicely thank you very much.

I take it that every time he speaks about the fight he is making it less likely to happen.

I'd expect to see Kownacki in the mix too. Whyte in April, Pulev in September and then Miller and Kownacki in 2020.

Whether he lasts 6 rounds or more makes no difference, Why the is going to get dominated and stopped again.

What happens when or if AJ loses to Fury or Wilder?

    Will you commit suicide?

Can't believe I've just read that someone gives Whyte more of a shot because he has improved his 'wisdom'. What a world.

Chances of both happening are very slim as Joshua would need to fight one of then first.
